Social content for tax & accounting firms

Your firm posts all year. You spend one hour a month on it.

Twelve accurate, ready-to-post pieces a month, built from your own reviews, clients and office dates by someone who knows the tax calendar. We do the writing, the graphics and the fact-checking. You read, approve, and get back to returns.

The time you get back

Social media is a part-time job you never applied for.

3–10

hours a week most small businesses spend on social media, by one 2026 industry estimate.

40–50%

of that time goes to producing the posts themselves: writing, designing, editing.

~1 hr

a month is what Filed & Posted asks of you: a short check-in and a quick approval.

The problem

Your page goes quiet right when clients are choosing a preparer.

From January to April you are doing returns, not writing captions. So the Facebook page that looked fine in summer sits untouched while new clients look you up, read your reviews, and notice the last post was in May.

Generic marketing help makes it worse. A freelancer who doesn't know the difference between an extension to file and an extension to pay can put a mistake on your page, with your name and your credential next to it.

Template packs make you sound like every other firm. The same "Tax season is here!" graphic is on hundreds of pages, and you still have to edit, check and post it yourself.

Filed & Posted is built for one kind of business, and for your firm in particular. We write only for tax, bookkeeping and accounting firms, from your own reviews, client base and office dates. Every figure, deadline and limit is checked against IRS or state sources, and the source is logged next to the post.

What's included every month

Written in your voice

1 calendar

Timed to real deadlines

Estimated payments, extensions, year-end planning, filing season, plus your own office dates.

Every figure

Fact-checked to the source

Each number and date is logged against IRS.gov or your state's revenue site for the correct tax year.

1 action

A clear next step

Every caption ends with one thing to do: book a call, send documents, or refer a friend.

1 revision

Scheduled if you like

One round of edits included, then optional scheduling straight into your pages.

Not included: comment replies, paid ads, or individual tax advice. Posts are educational and make no promises about refunds or savings.

Myth vs. fact

An extension is not a pause button.

Builds expertise

An extension gives you more time to file, not more time to pay. Interest can start on the original due date.

Common questions

Before you ask.

Most of my clients come from referrals. Do I need this?

Referrals are exactly why it matters. A referred client almost always looks you up before calling. An active, accurate page confirms the recommendation; a page that stopped in May raises a question.

Can't I just do this myself with ChatGPT?

You can draft it. The question is whether you will in February, and who checks that the contribution limit is this year's figure and not last year's. We do the writing, the design and the checking, so it actually gets done.

Is this content compliant for a licensed preparer?

Posts are general education, never individual advice, and never promise refunds or outcomes. Your credentials appear exactly as you give them, and you approve every batch before anything is published.

Will it sound like my firm or like a template?

The intake form captures how your clients describe you and how you don't want to sound. We also use your real reviews and specialties, so a post for a firm serving rideshare drivers reads nothing like one for a real estate investor practice.

How is this different from a template pack?

A template pack gives every firm the same posts and leaves the editing, checking and posting to you. We write from your reviews, the clients you serve and your office dates, check every figure against its source, and hand you a finished month. Your page won't look like the firm down the street.

Why November to April?

That is when your page matters most and when you have the least time for it. Founding firms commit through April so we can write January to April in one December batch, before you get busy. Billing is still monthly.

What if I don't like a month's posts?

Every month includes a round of revisions. If your first month isn't right, cancel with no further charge. After April the service is month to month.

Do you need my passwords?

No. You receive a ready folder and post it yourself, or you add us as a page editor through Meta Business Suite or LinkedIn's admin settings. You can remove that access at any time.
